Setup
Dual Line Clean room with production capacity of LED TV Modules of up to 55”. Annual production capacity of more than 500,000 Panel modules, the 10K Clean room is one of the largest and most upgraded panel production setup in the country.
3 production lines of assembly of LED TV and Monitors, 1 Semi automatic line, 1 fully Automatic line and 1 Dual layer Fully Automatic High Soak Production line are installed in the Noida plant.
5 Machines for Module repairing is in setup at the Noida Plant.
1 Bonding Machine to repair Lines on Screen,
2 Polarizing and depolarizing machines available to make the panel new again.
2 Microscopic machines to identify the smallest problems on screen.
ELT Room with heat up to 48 degrees and capacity of 40 LED TVs. Humidity and temperature machine for Environment testing for LED TVs being setup in November at Noida plant. Complete pattern generators and Minoltas to handle brightness and PQ. LED Temperature testing and Power testing machines to get regular inputs of backlight and LED Bar performance
